Contacted Support, no response! Twitch linked to a different xbox live.

    I have read the support page. I have followed and actioned it 3 times. I have contacted Microsoft and Twitch. My Twitch Account is not linked to another xbox live account. I have only one Live account, and it is linked. Yet when I try to connect for Drops, I keep getting the same error.

    Needless to say it's driving me nuts, because I seem to keep going in circles, with SoT as the exception because they have not responded to me at all. And the issue is on their website....

    Can anyone else help me, or point me to getting support.

    Say the right Twitch account name?

    Have you tried unlinked the account from your account page here and rejoining - while using an incognito/private tab/window?

    @musicmee Hiya, Yes, if I go to that link, the name is the same as my Twitch Account. I have tried several times unlinking, and relinking through my Xbox Live account. Under connections my Xbox Live, and xBox App, are both linked to Twitch, and I have removed them both, and one at a time. Each time it states: Twitch account already linked to a different Xbox Live account. See this Support article for advice

    But I have only one xbox account, which I have had for years. So totally confused :( Thank you for responding :)

    @musicmee One think I have noticed, but according to Microsoft shouldn't matter, is the caps. Would this be an issue. I cannot seem to change it, if this is the case ?

    It shouldn't matter as I can access your Xbox profile with mrlazylegs and MrLazyLegs. I am asking around if there's any more advice I can offer.

    @musicmee Thank you. Nobody from Twitch, SoT, or Microsoft have been able to direct me anywhere. Other than it's a glitch, or cache issue. But I have done everything using the incognito function in Chrome several times, and it's not working.

    Surly Twitch would know what account it's linked too :( A few years ago I changed my game tag too MrLaZyLeGs, and I wonder if that is causing the issue. Same account, just different game tag. But on Twitch I had no connections to xBox, or SoT.

    So totally out of ideas :(
