Hello,
Ive been playing the game on my Xbox one but when I load into the game with my fiancée after about 20 seconds the game with freeze for a few seconds then crashes and takes me back to the xbox Home Screen. My fiancée is playing on his laptop and it’s not giving him this issue, and advice would be wonderful, I have rest my internet and my Xbox multiple times

Game freezing then crashing
I had the same problem problem. I'm pretty sure it's because the cache was getting full.
I fixed it by doing a factory reset and keeping my games and apps.
"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.
On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options
Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps."
You will have to log back in to get your gamertag, and reconnect to your network.
