All players in Arena lobby are muted since last update

    Ever since installing the last update, every player in the Arena lobby has the muted logo above their character and I am unable to hear them. Is this related to the update? I found a setting to mute all teams - It is enabled, but greyed out and unable to be altered. What changed?
    Thanks for any tips
