Character selection

@itz-majman I know it's RNG, that's what I'm complaining about. This games used to let you customize your character, but in this game we can't. It's normal that a person wants to play with a character similar to himself.

EDIT: At least the selector should save some characteristics about the chars you select as favourite. It's not normal that if I save 3 young white thin men, the selector shows me old black fat women.
Or maybe you should can select some stuff before see some chars, like those: age, skin, weight and sex. And then the RNG should be used, but not before.
This system is horrible if you want to play with a char similar to you.

@galactic-geek I'm not talking about the past, it's and idea. Maybe I didn't use the word "could" well, english isn't my native language. I wanted to say that the idea could be a possibility.

And why I can't play myself? It's what I want. If I try to have a character similar to me in all games that let you to customize the char, why not in this game.
I love this game, but I can't play with a char that doesn't look like me.
It doesn't matter to me if the char have scars or stuff like that, but I think the face and body should be like mine.

The IPG is designed to take players out of their comfort zone and consider characters they would not normally play.

That would be right if toons would have different abilities. And even in that case; I play for fun, I like my comfort zone.

I'm begginning to think that to only reason for the IPG is that if you are not completely happy with your toon, you are going to buy potions to change it. And that's money for them.

I chose a character and surprise... blue eyes... well. So now if I want to have a toon with my eye color I have to pay AGAIN, because in the IPG you can't zoom your toon to watch that details.

Ok. Good system. But for you guys the problem is mine because I want to play with a character like me, not the system.

I'm thinking about uninstall the game until this change. The only reason I don't do it at this moment is because I want to get the new curse.
I don't know how you can defend the IPG, a system which prevent you to choose what you want.

EDIT: I give up. I deleted the game. I like the game a lot but this situation is frustrating. I'm not gonna pay again (I would be the 4th time in 2 days). Close the thread.

If I bought a potion it's because after 230h I continued hating my previous char.

I really hate that they added the potion to the game.

Because of it everyone practically looks the same. Before I used to see character models of all kinds. Young, old, short, tall, skinny, fat, medium. Now everyone looks the same pretty much. Worst idea they ever did.
