I really really really REALLY wish there was a camera or view mode where you could view yourself, or your environment, to take good screenshots~ I don't really have anyone to take pictures of me, and even if i did, it would be hard to get them to capture the image i see in my mind when i get the inspiration~ it would be cute to have an old school pictograph camera we can unlock like in Legend of Zelda: The Windwaker~ It would add a whole new world of gameplay to the sea of thieves for people who just like to sail casually, and soak in the beauty of the game~ Maybe even add an Artist's/Photographer's emissary~ :)

@neon-ic0n Agreed. I've been taking pictures of bad LOD recently and it's quite shocking really. I'll upload them when I have a chance.
I could see this as an option on private servers that the owner can enable. It could allow you to move about for a better view of the scenery, and to record a view of ship/land battles from above. It could really help content creators. I am getting very tired of seeing the same clips from Rare promos used over and over by creators because they aren’t able to capture their own.
I think what I am describing would be a terrible idea in the normal game though. A free camera mode could be used to do a visual scan of an island or another ship from safety.
