Targeted Player Voice/Text Chat blocking/muting

Is there any plan in the future to make it easier to identify the username of players who are complete idiots and border line on misogynistic harassment? I would think it would be better to make it so players can easily identify the players in the area around them so that they can choose to mute a specific player (or ideally block them, perhaps with some way to minimise the chance of ending up in the same server?). Otherwise people like my friend have to mute all voice chat because of the 1/5 times someone turns out to be a misogynistic a$$hole.
