Crab Lord World Event

    There are paintings all across the Sea of Thieves showing a giant crab terrorizing people. There’s the kraken, so why not a giant crab.

    The crab could be found on an island or in the water

    Idk what attacks it could do, it could summon human sized crabs? (Sorta like skeletons)

    It could drop all sorts of supplies and loot, maybe vault “keys”. When you kill it it burrows into the sand or dives into the water and loot appears

    It could also fit in with the lore

    I think it would be a fresh addition to SoT

    Chuck a crab boss in and a crab pet and we're all set to get crabby.

    Dropping a vault key for the island the crab spawns on is something I like

    Make it like a meg and not a main event so it can randomly spawn while you're wandering around crooks hollow

    and make a cursed boar that randomly spawns on devils ridge and also drops a key

    Perhaps there's a small chance sunken ship birds are actually over a giant crab? Seems like it would be too close to the ship to hit with cannons so maybe the focus is gun/sword fighting the pinchers trying to grab you or break the masts. Maybe you can parry the pincher if it's reaching for you to deflect the grab or pincher slam.
