Wormhole, that would teleport your ship to other side of the map

  • So, me and my friend had an idea that might be really nice feature. A wormhole. My ship is on one end of the map and I want to get to the other one, so I steer my ship to small storm cloud somewhere on the edge of the map and appear on other side of the map in a second small storm. And there should be some risk to it, like kraken or megalodon appearing in the storm. Idk if it would be possible to load different part of the map in one storm, but I tought it doesn't seem like a bad idea.

    miss patience?
dont like sailing across the Sea?
It sounds as if this suggestion is about this, no?!

It doesnt make sense Lore-wise and i dont see any good for PvP Situation if ships can pop before you when the leave their warptunnel.

  • This has been asked for before, is a bad idea (as explained in older threads - look them up), and doesn't currently fit with the lore of the Shroud.

  • Failure.

Because you schlepping across the map without a clue is the very lifeblood of this game.

    Wormhole kills the fun.

nope that's no good that could be aubused ships in this game are slow for a reason

  • Honestly, half the fun is having to sail across the map, sometimes stopping along the way, not knowing what detours my adventure might take because of what I find.
