So after playing this game on and off since it beta before release, my crew has NEVER seen a Shrouded ghost, not sure how many hours we have, but it's a decent amount I'd say. We found 10 minutes ago, just as we were about to end our night, and obviously went for the kill. Was like 50 cannonballs deep in it (it swam really slowly, allowing us to go full ham). Then? Server merge, and the meg was gone. Really great feeling, thumbs up, 0/10 would play again.

@elledk I was always afraid she would spawn just as I'm approaching an island or large rock and would swim away again.

@LucianSanchez82 If you get near a rock or island during a Meg fight, it will swim back and can be reengaged where you met it - unless you server merge :)))))))))............
@quietrobot Thanks man, but it's a 20 minute shadowplay clip with danish voicecoms, cba to edit/throw that on youtube unless it would actually gain me credit towards the ghost, which probably won't happen :P

Well every day's a school day. Whenever it's despawned I've always just carried on and figured it was just random if it came back to attack again or not.

Edit: To actually answer what you clearly meant in your sarcastic post, with a non-sarcastic reply, I see absolutely no reason to install an editing software (don't have one installed anymore, since I stopped playing PUBG for which I made some highlight videos), remove the 19 minutes of useless footage and upload it to my Youtube, unless some Rare person asks me for proof in order to provide credit for the kill or something, which could be a thing in other games for similar situations, but probably won't be here I think :-)
