Thoughts how:
-You speak with the Shipwright Shop lady and buy a "repair da ship Scroll" for 0 Gold
-You put it on the Table in front of her. The majority needs to say yes (put a knive on)
-then everyone pays 2.5K gold (makes 10K Galeon 7.5K Brig and 5K Sloop)
-if someone doesn´t have enough he drops to 0 Gold

Regarding repairing your ship.....There is a workaround...

If you have the shroudbreaker and are at the shores of gold.
When your ship sinks it respawns there.
You can use this to effectively scuttle and have the ship spawn at you.

You can also bring along a storage crate with you, scuttle several times emptying the ship supplies into the crate each time collecting around 1000 cannon balls in about 15 minutes. 🤗🤗🤗

Pull your ship up to the south side by the waterfall and scuttle. It will spawn further up the beach.

Take a rowboat and row up to the ladders.
It will spawn right next to rowboat every time.

Hardest part is finding the storage crate lol!

Also, if fishing is your thing, inside the cave there is a pond small enough to catch pondies first time they tire and you are sheltered from skellies too.
