SENSITIVITY MOUSSE AT 1 HAVE ISSUE?E

Hi. Here is my problem .
I trying to synchronise Kovaaks to SoT to have the exact same Sensitivity. I always like to lower my sens in game to higher dpi who are for me more accurate. So I play SoT 1 sens for 1500 dpi for a 34 cm large micepad. And I tried to find a close match to kovaaks. Here what happened. More I turn over my mice in Sot to see what left for a 360 with my 34cm mousse pad. The more the sens went down it fells. Weird. In begening my mice was 350 ° for the 34cm. Then I try again and again and again to see and at the end when I tried the turn my sens could do only 250° for the large of my mice pad. I was confuse. Why the sens kepp going down by it self??? Even my dpi and sens kepp been the same. So I move my SoT sens up and went back to 1 again and got my 350° again! So is the sensitivity 1 of sot broken?? The more I play the more my sens going down little my little giving me fake accurate sensitivity?? Does somebody know anything about that issue?
