Skull Fort Key Glitched

Idk if this is the right place for this, but I was doing the Skull Fort event at Lost Gold Fort. I got to the boss wave, and the boss was the Duchess. Right before I killed the boss, she halfway clipped into the ground. She couldn't use any of her moves, so I decided to just kill her, but when I did, the key and skull both also clipped into the wall, and I'm unable to grab them, but I can hear them in the floor. Is there any way I can retrieve them? Or did I just waste 45 minutes of my time? (I was solo). As well, I'm attaching 2 imgur links, the first shows the wall that the boss clipped into, and the for the second one, there is a rock below the wall that if you push up against at the right angle, you can actually see into the wall, and see the key and skull.
