Vaults of the Ancients

Hello. First of all let me start by saying I absolutely love Sea of Thieves, I've been playing ever since it came out. As of late I am starting to see with every new update a plethora of new bugs and glitches. From the laugh out loud stuck emote glitches like dancing while walking, to people crossed legged jumping around. My personal favourite was a pirate, who was killed while under the influence of a jig ball. Every time he died afterwards he would start dancing in the revive timer.
The reason I am writing this is because of another bug which I have just encountered. My crew had just dug the chest up for the vault, totem. We were at Lone Cove and needed to head to Devil's Ridge. Half way their Flameheart appears. Not a problem we will park close by and row the rest of the way. 10 Minutes later we arrive we proceed to place the three medallions into the holders and get the solution to solve the puzzle.
Well it turns out the game had other plans! because instead of showing the symbols on the spinning columns they remained blank.
Its getting to a stage now with this game that not a day goes by without some bug etc ruining a otherwise great experience. How the vanity chest game crash bug made it through testing I will never know.
I love the game so much its just these issues like I said earlier which ruin it sometimes.
