I don't want to start over

  • I got a new desktop and downloaded my copy of the game from the microsoft store. I didn't even think about it possibly having me start over, but probably should've. What can I do about this?

  • You shouldn't need to, your pirate is associated to your account, not your device. Just log in and you should be all set.

  • @redeyesith Well, In game I can neither log in nor log out. I can't even access any sort of account page, that I can find. In the microsoft store.. I'm definitely logged into the right account. My copy of the game is purchased by this account. Am I missing something?

  • Nope, that should be all you need as I recall. If you aren't seeing your pirate I'd suggest opening up a Support Ticket with Rare cause it should be all set if you're logged in to the correct account.
