I cannot find content after redeeming a code

  • Hi, i got code with Nightshine Parrot Bundle from friend yesterday. I activaded and still don't have it. I redeemed on microsoft official website ( https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom ) Code was activated to my account (I see it in my order history, so its correct). I play SoT on Steam and i have correct linked xbox(microsoft) account. I find recommendation you could try verify files on Steam. I did it and still don't have the set. I waited for 24 hours and still nothing. What can i do?

    There are currently issues with redeeming these codes on the Steam platform. You have two options at the moment.

    1. If you have access to the MS Store version, logging into that will complete the redemption process.
    2. Reach out to Player Support who will be able to help you further. You can contact them here: Contact Support
