How do I join other crews?

    I can't find a way to join random crews. I'm a PC player and the only thing I can do is to set up my crew and wait for others to join. Is there a way to join other people who've set their crew open? Like some sort of matchmaking.

    Just press set sail, you will then be crewed with people
