After the emissary ledger reset, I did not receive any of the rewards - I was top 25% on all 5 ledgers, and none of the sails have shown up in my ship customization menu. After looking on the support site, I didn't manage to find any way to file a support ticket. Help would be appreciated...
I play on the Steam version, in case if this is relevant information.
How do I get my rewards?
Trading Companies will distribute the rewards shortly after each monthly Ledger closes. Please allow up to 72 hours for this to happen..

72 hours havent passed yet they still have about 13 hours
@renski hmm thats odd, have you checked the shipwrights chest thoroughly? They might not be at the end of your list of sails and might be somewhere in between.
The game did count your top tier placement in the end because the achievements got upticked nicely.
