Custom private or Friends only Lobbies

I have been a SoT fan since release, very beautiful and fun game, the only problem myself and friends are having are finishing the tall tales because we aren’t that experienced to complete them while other online players in the lobby, we tend to get interrupted during the tale and it makes it harder to get the achievements and commendations in game, we want to continue to enjoy the game at its finest but it would also be great to have a private role playing ship battle Amongst friends, is there any possibility to make a private server for friends only and maybe even solo?
