Cinnamon Beard in insider

Hello, i have this error when i try to enter to insider game and i have not a solution, in normal game works fine. I'm in PC, i allready try unistall/install the game for 2 times, delete my pirate and create a new one, restart windows, but the problem persist, i send a ticket to Rare, but i'm waiting for a response. Any solution?
