You just need ashen tomes from ashen chests.
Skull forts or random islands.
Skeletons ships drop ashen chests and you can also buy chests and keys but... i dont know its lame.@faceyourdemon I should correct my self, I meant the Forsaken Ashen set, But thank you for responding.

You need to do 5 ashen gold hoarder voyages and 5 order of souls voyages.
You cant get most of the ship set and the guns anymore.
