sold all the loot,no gold or reputation

  • My friends and I have not received any compensation for the goods sold on the evening of July 18. I hope you can take them seriously!!!!

  • @BOOOOMXX Hey mate, sometimes if the server is laggy then you won't see the 'pop up' notifications when handing in loot but it generally appears in you wallet/commendation list a short while after. If it still hasn't appeared then I suggest filing a support ticket.

  • No point with a service ticket. You will get a copy/pastebot reply saying to just keep a look out for updates on twitter. They wont send a personalised response. And if you reply to that, you just get slammed with the same bs copy and paste response.

  • Unfortunately me and my three friends in my crew have the same problem. We had a run for 5-6 hours two days back. We did sell a lot of loot, however did not get any gold or reputation. We googled it, and an ancient topic in forums said that "the loot and rep is not gone, it will come back delayed in 24 hours". We trusted that, and played more and more.

    The thing is, after about 48 hours, the gold and reputation still are missing. The funny thing is, yesterday we played with the same crew again, and our gold and reputation did increase regularly. Today I played a little bit, and it also increased. So everything is normal now, but the gold and reputation from two days back is still missing.

    Yesterday I and also one of my mates issued tickets separately regarding the topic. Til now, still no changes.

    So, is it all lost? If it happens again, should we just quit and stop playing as the rewards will be unavailable? Or is it normal that after two days we still didn't get the rewards, and we will get it later?

  • Some additional info: Today we did one of the quests from the troubled night again. The game awarded us achievements (I mean ingame Sea of Thieves Achievements, not Steam achievements) like we did it first time, so any ingame achievements on that night did not count as well (not only gold & reputation). That means, probably "everything we did on that night" was lost and not recorded? Do we still have chance to get that 5-6 hours of gold & rep, or is it totally lost? Getting achievements a few days later is no problem, but the gold and rep was something huge for me.

  • @rewendor That's why I'm angry and disappointed with the them.

  • Today I recieved an automatic reply to my ticket, that the loot and rep would be restored shortly... It doesn't give much trust as it's an automatic reply, but I hope they're right. After so many days I'm starting to lose my hope.
