Hello! I've recently been having a problem where I cant seem to turn off text to speech in game... Its disabled in the Xbox app and in game and I will still hear what people type. Any suggestions would be incredible!

Ahoy. common misconception. "text to speech" in the sea of thieves settings DOES NOT affect others using it, it only turns off/on YOUR text to speech to other players.
unfortunately there is no current way to stop others from using TTS unless you either ask them to turn theirs off, or (if they are in your crew) mute them. (but then you cant see what they type.)hopefully rare sees this and implements something.
