    The sails are here to stay... And will be achievable in the new update also! You will just find them in the shipwright.

    @musicmee So if I still fail to complete the reputation and buy sails before the 22nd, I still have the opportunity to buy after the next update?

    @usxadm they are already at the shipwright to buy...they are just in this update at Duke's as well because of better visual appearence
