it would be sick to add in a way that we could name our ships. on top of that, adding in ships from pirates of the caribbean such as the flying dutch man and the black pearl would be outstanding

@dreamycosine387 The Flying Dutchman dates back to at least the 17th century, and is thus not owned by Disney. The Black Pearl, however, IS owned by Disney. And thus, they can't put that one in the game without paying the Mouse a ton of doubloons.
@dreamycosine387 Yeah, getting a licence for that stuff from Disney probably ain't cheap, if even possible. I think boats are better being class-based, and not having different models for each type of boat.

Yeah, at most it would be a hull color set. I would like to be able to put a name on my ship though: The Chicken of the Sea is more fun than "Generic Sloop"

Well technically you can't copyright a name. You copyright a story or artwork. You can TRADEMARK it, however, and Disney pretty much trademarks every name in every movie they ever did. So "Black Pearl" would be a Disney Trademark, but NOT "The Flying Dutchman" since that is long since Public Domain.
