change the skull stash voyage cool down!

In the lost treasures update, a feature was added limiting a player to 1 skull stash voyage a month. I think this is way to long as the only other ways to get a ritual skull are the 1% chance that a skeletons orders uncovers one or you get lucky enough to do a fleet without all the loot despawning or you sink a skeleton galleon, which are hard to sink solo ( i mostly sail solo) as they hit probably 75% of shots and have large stores of cursed cannonballs The cooldown should be changed to 1 or 2 days.
