Glitch

I have this weird glitch where my character won’t stop teleporting through stuff or over a few feet, and even my bucket glitches to where the water doesn’t actually leave my bucket. Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried restarting the game and my console but those didn’t work, it still does it anyway.
