Performance Mode for Xbox One X Owners

As much as I love playing Sea Of Thieves on my Xbox One X, it can be terribly annoying at loading times and 30 fps.
I play it on the PC too, and the 60 fps make all the difference in the experience of this game.
So, I would like to propose the following option: that the game, like many others (Gears Of War 4, Forza Horizon 4, Rise Of Tomb Raider, etc), have the option of a visual mode (native 4k and 30 fps, the way that works now) and performance mode (1080p and 60 fps) for players who own an Xbox One X to choose.
