There has been a big glitch of Flameheart clouds which makes them disappear giving them the appearance that they have been defeated. I have experienced this several times and seen streamers get disoriented because of it. This glitch needs to be corrected! Thanks

@schwammlgott I think there is a bug involved here though. The clouds are difficult to see through fog or storms. But Flameheart is more like non-existent, and then suddenly pops in when you're not being effected by other atmospheric effects.
