Hello, I did the missions on the website "Destroy the Burning Blade 10 times" and "Destroy 500 ghost ships", I had no problems purchasing the Burning Blade sail, however, Ghost Captain Sails is not available for purchase within the my game, because it says that I have to sell all the skulls of the captains, there was an error of agreement between the game and your website.
Is there any way to contact the developer and get the sail, for doing what they promised on the site?
@batatautfpr Check the commendation in the OOS menu. The Sails should have the chain removed once you have completed the commendation. If not you can open a Support ticket through the Support tab on the top of the web page.
@betrayme84 this is the problem, they announced on their website that you would get the sail with 500 destroyed ghost ships, but within the game you have to sell 50 skulls of ghost captains, which by the way is much more difficult than destroying 500 ghost ships, and this news is on their website so far, of the 500 ships. There is an inconsistency between the game and the website
@batatautfpr Really? I'll have to check when I get home. I was under the impression that the skulls were only related to a commendation.

@batatautfpr It takes a few days to get a response but you will receive one. You only need one ticket opened.

The sails are tied to the commendation for selling 50 Captain Skulls of the Damned. Not sure were you are getting the 500 ships from, but that's not what the commendation requires.
There is an Xbox achievement for it.(I think)

So they announced it wrong...in the game it's 50 captain skulls...and that's pretty easy as you can get them by doing OoS voyages
@batatautfpr Well that's a mistake then. The unlock criteria are clearly identified on the sails in game as being the commendation, which requires 50 skulls.
There is a separate achievement with the same name I think, but no achievement unlocks in game cosmetics. It's likely that the info got mixed up when being passed from the dev team to the web team.
@supersnipper60 You are correct, there is an achievement titled scourge of the damned. However, I see the OP's point. There was a mistake with the web sites information on how to achieve the sails. Either way, I am glad that all this is being brought up because I need to go home and grind out this event.
