Is it true that Sot activated servers in Asia?

    So I play sot from India, ping like 180 to 200 before update (I can't test now because my pc down, I'm building new one)
    So I read sot activated servers in Asia region, is it true?
    Anyone noticed difference?

    from the patch notes:
    To improve quality of service, Sea of Thieves servers have been activated in the regions of East and Southeast Asia and Japan.

    i am living in mid-east and my ping is between 180-220 my other friends are just like me btw please add mid east servers
