Instead of having the "Daily Bounty" being on the "Choose your experience" screen, I think it would be sweet to have a "Bounty Board" either inside or outside the tavern. Have there be posters for whatever the current bounties are, looking similar to the Pirates Code by the Tavern Door.
If you use any of the bounty posters, it would appear in your hand like a typical voyage map, (automatically put away when you walk away from the board) which would show your current progress for it (Either a task checked off, or a bunch of hash marks if it requires a number of items).
Another idea would be to have a permanent Journal in your inventory that would have pages that you could flip through like the Tall Tales Journals.
