Didn't receive items from obsidian six pack please help

I redemmed the code prior to me purchasing the game because I was waiting to get the game on steam and thought the code would just be stored on my microsoft account. But When I loaded up the game I found out none of the items were there. I've waited about a week now still no items. i've contacted rare support but i'm really desperate for the pack so im wondering if any of you guys could help. The pack also shows up in my order history but the game sea of thieves doesn't show up in my list of pc games on my xbox account and neither does the dlc.
