Does anyone know why doing The Seabound Soul tall tale isn't giving me the rewards of the Rising Morningstar clothing as stated in the event at the Sea of Thieves website? I've even done it twice now just to be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

@monetaryraccoon Is it only with this Tall Tale? Its the only one I have yet to do for the event, but the other two counted fine on the wbsite, but took some time to give me the rewards
@Deckhands I am having the same problem with the Seabound soul not counting. I completed the tale twice and it doesn’t count. Can you please fix this?
@bobbcane What do you mean it messed up your commendations? For me, even though I had every commendation for it, it still acted like it was the first time I completed it and said it rewarded me the Sword of Souls. Also didn't get the rewards from the event hub. Very weird.

Same. I have completed all the Tall Tales 100% before this event.
The first two TT for this event worked perfectly.
Third TT for the event (Seabound Soul) acted like I was doing it for the very first time. My guess is the event bugged out the reward "system" and the game gave us the wrong rewards for the event (the TT sword instead of event clothing).I already submitted a ticket but I imagine the reply will be that Rare has to patch/hotfix it. We will just have to wait and see.

I didn't know they normally do that... that's good. I hope it works out that way. Not super eager to do that tall tale again.

That, and the commendation for retrieving the Artifacts reset to only 1 obtained.

Yes, because I tried completing the tale from a checkpoint instead of doing it in one go.
