me and a guy finished this quest it sayed we unlocked the sword and we don't have.. I go to support and don't see any way to submit anything any where.. anyone know what I should do?

Need to look again, but I guess you get the sails by finishing it once and the sword by getting all commendations, so all journals, all three special treasures and finished it 3 times...did you do that?

Sword is the first time and Sails are 3 times with journals

i was one of the people on that voyage with you. you definitely should have gotten the sword. it was my third time doing that voyage, and i got the sails instantly, so the completion def should have registered for you two.
@tehstepford I forget who I was with honestly but it was just me and one other person and I know he didn't get the sword either.

then it was another two kids, both having the same exact issue; they completed the tale and didnt get the sword. looks like a reproducible bug to me. file a support ticket and they will likely sort it out.
