This is an idea I have had for a long time and have been asking for and posting everywhere. teammate duels. a way to fight your own teammates if both sides of the dueling parties agree to it. it could be something like the make friends emote but for dueling. this feature would help a lot of players to understand more about combat and help them get better at the game so that when they come across enemy pirates they know how to defend themselves. Players could get used to the range of a sword or to the sensitivity of their ads. maybe even help settle some arguments in the game. this could also be really fun for streamers to use and really enjoyable to watch.
POSSIBLE MECHANICS:
Emote or other gesture to start a duel. A countdown and then a timer maybe something around one minute.
Since revive is a thing no need for a mechanic after they die since your team can pick you up.
I would not put a radius on the duel so players can be creative with it.
Even though this would be just for fun and to show off, I think it could have the potential to make players better and help them learn more about the game and its mechanics. While also providing a space where even veteran players can test their skill.
