Cannot reinstall after reinstalling Win10

    Title explains it. I reinstalled my OS on a new SSD and I cannot install the game. I go to the xbox console companion app (top 3 worst UI designs I've had the displeasure of experiencing), under my recently played, click Sea of Thieves. Click the link that says view in microsoft store and it wants me to buy the game again. I can take the buy button down to wanting my card credentials. How the f do you reinstall this? Please never use xbox console companion again and please give me a way to switch my copy to steam.

    Nothing wrong with the xbox app but you dont even need to be in it, just go straight to the ms store.
    If you are logged in with the ms account you purchased the game with it will tell you own in. Reinstall. Simple
