The commendation state that: " Sell 5 PLUNDERED grade 5 athena flag, it did not count, but the order of souls grade 5 i sold earlier counted, do you have to be a grade 5 yourself before selling to make it count? The commendation at least doesn't state that.

@burnbacon The flag was raised, i just hope they fix it somehow and register it somewhere, grade 5 flags are not easy to come by and i would like to get every single count i deserve, the commendations doesn't state that you have to be grade 5 before selling anywhere :/
@raza-longknife Unfortunately, this is a known issue. A few of my Grade V flags have counted when I turned them in to Reapers, but a good majority have not. My crew decided to wait until a fix was in place before attempting to acquire any more Grade V flags. This is looking to be more and more difficult as I’m seeing less and less emissaries running when I log in. Hopefully with the Lost Treasure update and the QOL fixes in place, this will rejuvenate the drive to run Emissaries.
