Asia server

I love the game. I am base in Asia and I am having a hard time playing with high pings. Is there Asia server? If there is then why is my ping +200? Or am I keep connecting to NA server? It's so frustrating when other players approaches, I get +300 ping. At this point I just stand there and get kill. I contracted the support and they said that I can't change server because they are using Azure but it does not make any sense because Azure also got Asia region servers so it's mean I keep connecting to NA server. Such a big company I thought they would have this fix easy but it seem like two years passed and nothing is being done.
