Alliance servers make "Pirate Legend" mean nothing

  • I remember when the title "Pirate Legend" was something that meant you put in the hard work, time, and developed the skill of a true pirate to get that title. but nowadays, it doesn't mean anything because of alliance servers. I see pirate legends everyday, where I can tell they just don't know how to play. Like very very basic skills and its because they did nothing to earn the title and just sat in alliance servers...I personally don't think alliances should share reputation, but if it stays in the game then fine, but it would be nice to see a new title in the game like "Pirate Lord" , "Pirate Champion", or "Pirate Juggernaut" but make it to where you have to be 75 in each faction but the last 25 levels cant be helped through alliances or something (prolly too late for that though). Or just add a new title that is on par or harder to get than pirate legend that isn't tied to reputation.. idk im curious to hear suggestions and opinions on this.

  • @dont-x-speak since when did PL mean something?

  • @schwammlgott true I mean even the first one didn't get it legit, but still it meant something in the beginning when the game first came out

  • @dont-x-speak not really...i hit PL while The Hungering Deep, but didn't change anything to me...

The first PL was legit...not the way it supposed to be, but legit

  • @schwammlgott maybe it didn't mean much to you and that perfectly fine but for others when the game was still fresh it was really the only thing to work towards. I mean my hype for the title was burnt out long before i got it but still. They just should just add another title or goal of some sort that is like pirate legend....I mean legit but not in a legit way lol

  • I never thought PL meant anything special at all.

Maybe if you were the first ever PL sure.
But its not like this game is hard or anything.
    Its just grindy.

All it shows is that you have a lot of time on your hands.
