Now I could be wrong but I believe single mark gold hoarders map treasure maps are often discarded for maps with multiple marks. This is because obviously the value is much greater and worth the effort, assume all the maps give the same tier of loot. If this was changed, then great, though I don't believe it was?
My suggestion is to make maps with a single mark, give a better tier chest than those with multiple. Or....simply get rid of the single marked ones. Pretty simple suggestion but worth bringing up.
