In the preview for the new update they show that you can get new sails, hills and get commendations for doing emissaries with the outfits and boat fully decked out in the fraction you’re doing it for. I found outfits no problem but no idea where to find stuff for ship. I’m assuming it’s from leveling up the company but cannot find anything to confirm this. Anybody have any answers to this?
Emissary sails, hulls etc.

You earn the ship cosmetics by getting to Level 75 in your chosen faction. Every 5 grades you go up, you will earn a new cosmetic for your ship.
