Just FYI,
In the long line of release bugs, the new emissary rank up commendations are bugged and this one benefits players. When you crew ranks up in emissary, the commendation counter increments once per person in the crew at the time of the level up. So a 4 person galley will earn 4 points when they rank up from emisary 4 to 5 once... A solo slooper will only get one point.
