Unfair ban

    I got ban and i don't know why i just download the game this week with the game pass and play for 4 day.

    This is not really the place to discuss disciplinary actions. I suggest creating a support ticket if you feel like you've been unfairly treated.

    I insult a man one time he was destroying my ship and screaming noob so i was a little bit angry, it can be for that reason ?

    Try creating a Support Ticket, and see what they can tell you.

    I can't imagine what you could have possibly said or typed that would have gotten you banned. I do however feel you probably saw the game pass for $1 and bought it and used hacks because who cares if you lose $1 right?
