I hate how if you get attacked with a sword it forces you to be pulled in until the combo is finished. If you don't have a sword equipped, you can't block and yes, the blunderbuss does have a knockback against a sword but it is very unreliable and it is a 50-50 chance that it actually knocks back. Please remove the ability for people with a sword to pull you in. This will mean that the sword will require more skill. Most of the time, if you back someone into a corner with the sword, most of the time you get the kill. It does not take much skill. All weapons should require skill to use, in the current state of the game, the sword does not.
Remove Getting Pulled In By a Sword
@jollyolsteamed Or Rare could make sure that the blunderbuss is 100% reliable for a knock back when getting pulled in.
Perhaps the pull you are talking is just the game righting itself upon a successful hit so it matches what is happening on the person doing the hittings screen dbd does the same thing to compensate for lag so neither player feels cheated on a successful hit again this is just a wild guess as to explain what im assuming is something akin to force pull. If it is not, this is just the ability of the sword to somewhat stun the player to stop them from moving so your not just getting one hit at a time while making sure combos are still possible. An if it is the sword stun your talking aboat it used to be more powerfull locking a player from shooting hitting or doing anything (but take the full combo)
@jctc758 It's almost like getting close to someone that doesn't have a sword should reward you by being allowed to combo them. If you're gonna complain about people getting close to you when you're running two guns, you're just not that good at aiming. There's a reason the sword can block. It's to encourage sword play. This is a pirate game, not Call of Duty.
