Trying to get the Ashen Cutlass

    I saw that if I got the cartographer commendation for Devil's roar by April 9th (I think for an anniversary event or something), then I could go to Duke and get the Ashen Cutlass, but after having done it when I tried to get it from him, it was nowhere in his inventory when I found him at the inn. So I thought, "Ok maybe after the 9th it will be available." Still nothing. Can anyone help me? Was this a real event or did I daydream it?

    It appears in your weapon stash if you completed the event, you don't have to buy it.

    @securityguruguy you could have had the cartographer commendation finished already and still not get it. you had to revisit every island during the event to receive the cutlass.
