Since bug report aint gonna do anything as usual, i'm gonna post there a glitch to respawn on your ship mermaid instead of somewhere else with your ship after it sank, so people will abuse it even more that i already see and eventually Rare will look into it :
- your ship sank.
- alt+f4 or disconnect your internet to get error prompted to the main screen.
- wait enough time for the ship mermaid to spawn if it's not already the case.
- launch the game again and accept the prompt to join back your game (or just accept the prompt if you disconnected/reconnected internet).
- you spawn on your ship mermaid instead of your ship somewhere else.
- As long as your ship mermaid does not despawn, you can abuse it as you wish.
You cannot use this glitch to respawn on another mermaid, this will only work on the mermaid that spawned where your ship sank.
