Guns not shooting

    Why is it guns don’t shoot when you hit the shoot button? This is a game breaking bug that’s been in the game for months now. It’s incredible how this issue hasn’t been addressed or fixed yet and it seems it gets worse with every update

    I never seem to have this issue. Once the animations complete, I can fire my weapons without issue.

    Do you have any more context behind the issue you are experiencing to help others understand/replicate the problem?

    I know what he means it happens quite a bit to me when you press and hold the aim button and than press shoot it will only do the animation. It can be frustrating

    @flintlock-dan Gotcha. Will have to tinker with it a bit I suppose.

    I mostly prefer my cutlass which suffers from the auto-lunge bug right now... Try to swing immediately after pulling it out, it locks you into a lunge D:

    @archangel-timmy you’re so lucky. It happens to me all the time and it makes the game unenjoyable. I can honeslty say I’m great at pvp but when I die because my gun doesn’t shoot or I hit someone 4 times it makes me want to uninstall

    I’ve seemed to have this problem just now every time I shoot ok a enemy boat it didn’t register and I got very fustraited

    Has happened to me before, point blank with a blunderbuss, aimed down sights, with full rounds, and not even a peep. I think it has to do with clicking just a little bit before the animation has completed, or lag, but they really should implement some kind of input buffer to deal with that.
