Reporting game issue/missing cosmetics

Where do I go to report a missing game cosmetic? I noticed this the other day when me and my crew were doing the cursed sails thing they have going on right now. I've been playing since day one have the original cursed sails update all completed and I know I had the bonecrusher figurehead and sail. Went to equip them the other night and they are nowhere to be found in my shop equipment chest. When my crewmates put it on then it's blocked out in the shipwright equipment box and says it belongs to another player.
