Laughing Emote(s)

  • We've all seen the massive influx of emotes every month, since the start of the Pirate Emporium - and I'm surprised that a laughing emote, of some sort, has not made it to the game yet.

I'd love to see a simple, belly laugh, emote added. One hand on the belly, head rolls back, mouth open wide - laughing.

I'm not really looking for anything over the top - although, I could see doing a whole pack of various laughing emotes.

    Belly Laugh
Snicker - Hand over the mouth, giggling.
    Rolling on the Deck Laughing
Enormous Laugh - Arms thrown up into the air, laughing, fully bending down at the waist - could continue to hold head down, laughing, and slapping your knees.

Anyway... we could use some more laughs on the seas! :)
I'm laughing much of the time playing, it's time for my character to be doing the same. :D

  • @electricknights Originally I thought that they didn't have any because they didn't want ridicule to become the norm, but some of the emotes they've already added go much, much further than that...

As long as they never allow for a teabagging emote, I'm good.

Yeah, I wondered about that reasoning as well, but, you're correct. The Taunt Emote Pack was an early addition, and I don't think well-minded laughing emotes would be an issue at all.
The mocking clap emote says it all, haha.

And, yes... never, ever allow such an emote, as the one you mentioned. Not even with a cup of tea, reference joke emote (I think the City of Heroes game had an emote where we held a cup of tea and dipped the bag full of tea (apparently even that word is not allowed on the forums, lol) up and down within the cup).

We have anger, sadness, despair, and crying... but no laughing. :D Why so serious? :oP
