is the new update live yet?

My game brings me to the title screen and then says, "sea of thieves services are temporarily unavailable". When I press continue it just brings me back to the title screen.

I play on Xbox, and I restarted the console, opened sea of thieves and it started working again, so try restarting your Xbox/Pc.
